Returns Policy

In the event of cancellation by the attendee, our policy states, a full refund will be given, provided we receive notification of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the course date. A reschedule option will be provided up to 48 hours prior to the course date and cancellations received less than 48 hours before the course, are not entitled to a refund. Refunds will not be given for a “no show” on the day. In the event of a course requiring rescheduling due to instructor illness or unavailability, the cost of the course will be refunded in full, or alternatively rescheduled at a later date, should you not be able to attend the rescheduled course a full refund will be provided.

Terms of Service

By attending DiscoverEI’s training courses, you agree to abide by our terms of service. This includes being respectful to other participants and respecting the Intellectual Property of the training materials, relating to:

1. Not to copy the Training Materials or Documentation except where such copying is incidental or necessary for the purposes of completing the relevant Training Course.

2. Not to alter, or modify, the whole or any part of the Training Materials or Documentation, nor permit the Training Materials or any part of them to be combined with, or become incorporated into, any other materials.

3. Not to provide or otherwise make available the Training Materials or Documentation in whole or in part, in any form to any person without prior written consent from the Licensor.

By purchasing one of DiscoverEI’s training courses, you agree abide by these terms and conditions.
